Richard Allen Academy and Richard Allen Preparatory

The Governing Authority/Board of Directors of Richard Allen Academy and Richard Allen Preparatory will hold a special board meeting at 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 118 West First Street, 9th Floor, Dayton, Ohio 45402 for the purpose of discussing and voting on matters pertaining to the School’s opening assurances for the 2019-2020 school year, Sponsor corrective action plan, and FY 2016 and Fy2017 audit, including audit results and required corrective actions; adoption of policies and approval of the corrective action plan; and the approval of a new insurer for the 2019-2020 school year.
